• Once a booking has been made I will send you a booking form which needs to be completed and returned with 50% deposit of the total amount payable within 7days.
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay.
• Deposits and balances can be paid by Direct Deposit  or cheque.
• Once any money has been paid it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If you have to cancel the booking, the only way to redeem the money already paid is if the house is relet for the same period of the booking.
• If after 7 days of making a booking, no deposit has been received, the booking will expire.
